Description of service
Noble Cares is licensed by the Minnesota Department of Health. The service is for people who, because of an illness, disability, or physical condition, cannot perform the tasks for themselves, or who cannot travel to receive health services.
We provide nursing services and consult with physical, speech-language, and occupational therapists, Dieticians or nutritionists & Social workers as needed.
Our services include medication management, complex medical care like tube feedings and ventilator care, and other health-related procedures. Sometimes health-related tasks are delegated to and performed by unlicensed personnel under the supervision of nurses or other licensed health professionals.
We also assist our residents with non-medical tasks such as going to the bathroom, bathing, and transferring from one location to another.
Our clients have the choice to receive services either in their homes, in an apartment or in our residential facility.

Complex Medical Care: Ventilator Care, Tracheostomy Care, Tube Feeding, Catheter Care, BiPAP, and CPAP

Administration of IV Medication
Complex Wound Care
Care for Clients with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) or MS
Care for Patients with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS)
